Floor Sanding & Restoration
You might think that your old floor, with it’s raised nails and tacks, scratches and cracked wood, uneven or loose flooring, paint stains, water damage and all the knocks and bangs its taken over the decades, might not be restorable. Or that it would be cheaper to replace with a new wood floor. Generally speaking, as long as the floor is structurally sound, then it will be restorable to a high standard. And restoration is nearly always cheaper than replacing an entire floor.
We use top of the line, state of the art, equipment in the restoration, sanding and finishing process for all types of wooden floors & offer a choice of colours and finishes in matt, satin and gloss.
Floor Renovation & Repairs
Before renovation, some floors may need repairs. We assess the area fixing any issues such as loose floorboards, removing old tacks or nails, and using reclaimed timber of the same quality and age to carry out all our repairs where possible. We aim to replace the boards with boards as close as possible to your current ones.
We are here to give advice on all aspects of wood floor repairs, from concealing and removing concrete hearths to rectifying issues you may think unfixable.
